Brave Eagle Development Society is a Native-led, community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Native people through people development, leadership development, and youth empowerment. Our work is grounded in cultural values and focuses on developing the Spirit, Heart, and Mind—the foundation for confident, responsible, and purpose-driven individuals.
We believe strong communities are built by strong people. Brave Eagle Development exists to restore confidence, responsibility, and leadership capacity within Native individuals, organizations, and future generations.
Native communities continue to face systemic challenges that impact personal confidence, leadership readiness, workforce stability, and youth engagement. Many individuals experience low self-image, emotional burnout, lack of direction, and limited access to culturally relevant leadership development.
Youth often struggle with identity, purpose, and belief in their potential. Adults and professionals face workplace stress, communication breakdowns, and limited leadership training. These challenges affect families, schools, tribal programs, and community organizations.
There is a critical need for culturally grounded, practical, and transformational programming that develops people from the inside out—addressing mindset, emotional strength, and leadership skills together.
Brave Eagle Development Society delivers three flagship programs designed to create measurable, lasting change:
This foundational program strengthens self-image, mindset, emotional regulation, personal responsibility, and purpose. Participants develop confidence, clarity, and the ability to make empowered choices in their personal and professional lives.
This program equips current and emerging leaders with communication skills, emotional intelligence, boundary setting, accountability practices, and culturally aligned leadership tools. The focus is on leading self first, then leading others with integrity and respect.
This program supports Native youth and young adults in developing identity, confidence, vision, discipline, and leadership skills early in life. It provides positive mentorship, goal-setting frameworks, and pathways to leadership and community involvement.
